The organization employs over 400 professionals, experts, and consultants who provide support, assistance, and training to officials across a broad spectrum of areas, including finance, social care, education, innovation, information and communication technology, local economies and urban systems, economic development, and manufacturing.
IFEL Campania conducts research independently and in partnership with distinguished scientific institutions through collaborative research protocols. The foundation maintains active relationships with several universities and research institutes, and annually awards grants to emerging researchers. Additionally, IFEL Campania contributes to the planning, implementation, and dissemination of regional databases, reports, and surveys containing financial and local economic data. These resources support local authorities in adopting innovative solutions for managing financial, human, and instrumental resources, thereby fostering a dynamic and innovative socioeconomic ecosystem.
In the education sector, IFEL Campania delivers direct training and technical assistance to regional and local administrations throughout Campania. These initiatives focus on upskilling and reskilling workers while enhancing the knowledge and competencies of public administrators to promote growth in social and business structures. Training programs leverage digital tools and internet-based technologies to achieve organizational improvement, streamline processes, and drive innovation. All training activities are subject to continuous monitoring to ensure effective management control, measurement, and performance evaluation.

Serenity Solutions for Education and Development (SSED) is a French certified and referenced organisation based in Rouen (Normandy), specialised in education, training, pedagogical engineering and applied research.
The organisation is officially recognised as a Qualiopi-certified training organisation, the national quality label awarded by the French state, ensuring that we are meeting with the highest quality standerds of french organisations and also guaranteeing compliance with quality European standards in training design, delivery, assessment, learner support and continuous improvement.
SSED brings together experienced academics, researchers and professional trainers working closely with higher education institutions, training centres, public bodies and civil society organisations. Serenity have a primarily focus on youth and education, with a strong commitment to inclusion, equal opportunities and social cohesion.
The organisation is actively involved in several European cooperation projects, and contributes to projects through training development, pedagogical innovation, research-based methodologies and capacity-building activities.
SSED is also officially referenced on the French national training platform EDOF, confirming its operational capacity to design and manage eligible and certified training pathways.
At national and European levels, SSED maintains an extensive network of partners, including chambers of commerce, associations focased on fragilised groups, innovation clusters, NGOs and higher education institutions.
Through these partnerships, SSED supports youth empowerment, professional integration and skills development, particularly for disadvantaged groups, migrants and learners with fewer opportunities.
Aeva – Associacao para a Educacao e Valorizacao da regiao de Aveiro – Portugal| https://www.aeva.eu/
AEVA is a non profit organization and was founded in 1998. Its mission is to meet the needs of local businesses in tackling skills mismatch by bringing closer education and the labour market. AEVA is an association of competences with what we call 13 “satellites”, such as a VET school, an international Department, a regional online TV Channel, an adult education centre, an European Information Centre – Europe Direct, etc. The VET school – Escola Profissional de Aveiro is one of the largest Vocational School in Portugal, with about 800 students, most of them from disadvantaged contexts.
AEVA has an integrated Management System implemented according to NP EN ISO 9001:2008 (since 30 March 2009), International Social Responsibility Certification SA: 8000 (since 16 July 2013) and EQAVET Compliance Seal of the Quality Assurance System in Education and Professional Training (since 7th February 2020). In addition, is one of the Eco-School recognised by the European Blue Flag Association (ABAE), has also the Intercultural School Seal distinguished by the Ministry of Education and Science Education and the High Commission for Migration, and received the Good Practices Seal of Health Psychology and Educational Success from the Portuguese Order of Psychologists. AEVA-EPA is a VET charter organization and an ESC accredited association (coordination, hosting, sending), been awarded the Quality Label 2021-27.

Danmar Computers LLC is a private company operating in the field of Information Technology and providing vocational training in this field. Danmar has extensive experience in developing modern Web and mobile applications that are used for educational purposes. Danmar also has long-term experience of carrying out European projects within which the company’s R&D staff conducts research and prepares training tailored to the needs of various learners. During 22 years, Danmar has successfully implemented over 100 projects within Grundtvig, Leonardo da Vinci, Progress and Erasmus+. In many of these projects, Danmar was responsible for designing and coordinating dissemination strategies.
Danmar Computers is the developer and provider of AdminProject, the online system for the management of European projects. All activities of the company are based on wide and well-established cooperation network, both on national and international levels. The national networks include training and counselling institutions, universities, schools, non-governmental organizations as well as private sector companies. International networks include partners of various profiles coming from every European Union’s country. Danmar Computer’s mission is the promotion of life-long education and assurance of equal access to education for everyone with the use of modern technology.

Association Hexagonale de l’Innovation Sociale et de l’Éducation is a non-profit, non-governmental and independent civil society organisation operating at European level in the fields of education, training and social innovation. The association aims to equip individuals with forward-looking knowledge, skills and competences that enable them to adapt, innovate and prosper in a rapidly changing social and economic environment.
Education and training constitute the core areas of activity, as they play a vital role in promoting sustainable growth, employability, innovation and social inclusion, while also contributing to the development of a shared European identity based on common values and cultural diversity. The organisation’s vision focuses on empowering individuals to actively engage in society, participate in democratic life and contribute to shaping the future of Europe.
The association promotes entrepreneurship, green jobs and employability through mentoring, lifelong learning and skills development initiatives. Particular emphasis is placed on digital skills development to support the upskilling and reskilling of workers, jobseekers and adult learners, ensuring inclusive participation in the digital society and digital economy.
With long-term experience in delivering training programmes and organising workshops across various sectors, Association Hexagonale de l’Innovation Sociale et de l’Éducation also implements social campaigns and local activities, with special attention to disadvantaged groups. In addition, the association provides tailored capacity-building services for educators, trainers, youth workers and volunteers, and actively contributes to international cooperation projects in education, training and mobility.
